Sometimes life happens and the unfortunate need to cancel an appointment rises up. Cancellations are disappointing for everyone. Please understand that I have the time set aside just for you, so if you do need to cancel, there is a consideration for the time I’ve set aside just as any doctor would have at their office.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please adhere to the policy below. By confirming a booking, which may or may not include paying a deposit, you are agreeing to my cancellation policy:

There is no fee for any cancellation 48 hours or more prior to the appointment start time.
For an appointment cancelled 24-48 prior, the cancellation fee is 50% of the original booking consideration.
For an appointment cancelled less than 24 hour prior, the cancellation fee is 100% of the original consideration.
A no call / no show (NC/NS) will result in a 100% fee as that is a cancellation with no notice.
Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late for your time, this may result in reduced time or be considered a cancellation.
If you cancel with more than 72 hours notice, but would like to reschedule, a deposit, if paid, will apply to your rescheduled time.
